1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by High Street, located at 5415 East High Street, Phoenix, AZ 85054 (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or HighStreetAZ.com.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must have a valid public social media account on the platform(s) where the giveaway is hosted. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win.

3. Entry Period

Giveaway entry period shall be noted on each individual giveaway. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must follow specific instructions unique to each giveaway that may include one or more of the following:

• Follow @HighStreetAZ on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok
• Like the giveaway post;
• Comment on the giveaway post according to the instructions (e.g., answering a question, tagging friends);
• Optional: Tag 1-3 friends (as specified in the post). Each tag may count as an additional entry, if explicitly stated.
• Fill out an enter-to-win form on HighStreetAZ.com

All steps must be completed as described in the giveaway post. Only entries received during the Entry Period will be considered. Limit of 1 entry per person, unless otherwise stated.

5. Winner Selection

The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

Winner(s) will be notified via direct message (DM) or comment reply on the platform used to enter within seven (7) days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If a potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release where permitted by law.

7. Prizes

Prizes shall be unique to each giveaway and the value of the prize may differ in value from giveaway to giveaway.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or generated by bots or automated means are void.

9. Platform Disclosures

• Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok are not sponsors of this giveaway and are released from all liability related to this promotion.
• Entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Sponsor, not to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
• Promotions and giveaways are not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants shall not be shared or sold to any third party and will remain with High Street.

11. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law principles. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, entrant agrees that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before a court located in Arizona.
