Since retaining strong professional ownership in Portland-based real estate merchant banking firm ScanlanKemperBard Companies (SKB) and Wayzata Investment Partners (Wayzata) in April 15 2013, a tremendous amount of time and resources have been dedicated to High Street’s success including ongoing property improvements, lighting, signage and the construction of a new 236 stall parking garage. That, in combination with attractive TI allowances, competitive rental rates and ownership’s ability to make quick decisions, has spurred a quick turn-around to the struggling project in just twelve short months making High Street a sought-after destination.
